    ಗಂಗೊಳ್ಳಿ: ಗಂಗೊಳ್ಳಿಯ ಜಿ.ಎಸ್.ವಿ.ಎಸ್.ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಶನ್ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ನಡೆಸಲ್ಪಡುವ ಗಂಗೊಳ್ಳಿಯ ಸರಸ್ವತಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ ಹಿರಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸುದೀರ್ಫ 36 ವರ್ಷ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಾಗಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಮುಖ್ಯೋಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯರಾಗಿ ವಯೋನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಜಿ. ವಿಶ್ವನಾಥ ಭಟ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಶಾಲೆಯ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ವೃಂದದಿಂದ ಬೀಳ್ಕೊಡಲಾಯಿತು.

    ಶಾಲೆಯ ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಶನಿವಾರ ಜರಗಿದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಿ.ಎಸ್.ವಿ.ಎಸ್.ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಶನ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಡಾ. ಕಾಶೀನಾಥ ಪೈ, ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಎಚ್. ಗಣೇಶ ಕಾಮತ್ ಮತ್ತು ಎಸ್.ವಿ. ವಿದ್ಯಾಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಸಂಚಾಲಕ ಎನ್. ಸದಾಶಿವ ನಾಯಕ್ ಅವರು ವಯೋನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಜಿ.ವಿಶ್ವನಾಥ ಭಟ್ ಅವರ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶಂಶಿಸಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಗೌರವಿಸಿದರು.

    ಮಹಾಬಲ ಆಚಾರ್ಯ ಅನಿಸಿಕೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು. ದೀಕ್ಷಿತ್ ಮೇಸ್ತ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದರು. ಮಾಲಾಶ್ರೀ ಖಾರ್ವಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿದರು. ರೇಖಾ ಖಾರ್ವಿ ವಂದಿಸಿದರು.

  • ಜ್ವರ, ಕೆಮ್ಮು, ನೆಗಡಿ ಲಕ್ಷಣ ಇರೋ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಹೋಗೋದು ಬೇಡ: ಶಾಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಗೈಡ್‌ಲೈನ್ಸ್‌

    ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊರೊನಾ ಸೋಂಕು (Covid-19) ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತಿರುವ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದೆ.

    ರಾಜ್ಯಾದ್ಯಂತ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಅನುದಾನಿತ, ಅನುದಾನರಹಿತ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾದ ಮುಂಜಾಗ್ರತಾ ಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗೈಡ್‌ಲೈನ್ಸ್‌ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

    ಶಾಲಾ ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ಜ್ವರ, ಕೆಮ್ಮು, ನೆಗಡಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ಲಕ್ಷಣಗಳು ಕಂಡು ಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ, ಅವರನ್ನು ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸದೇ ವೈದ್ಯರ ಸಲಹೆಯಂತೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಆರೈಕಾ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ಸದರಿ ಲಕ್ಷಣಗಳು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಗುಣಮುಖವಾದ ನಂತರವೇ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸುವುದು ಎಂದು ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

    ಜ್ವರ, ಕೆಮ್ಮು, ನೆಗಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರೆ ಲಕ್ಷಣಗಳಿರುವ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ, ಪೋಷಕರಿಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ, ಅಂತಹ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿ ಪೋಷಕರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮನೆಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸುವುದು. ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ಬೋಧಕೇತರ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಜ್ವರ, ಕೆಮ್ಮು, ನೆಗಡಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ಲಕ್ಷಣಗಳು ಕಂಡು ಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ, ಅಗತ್ಯ ಮುಂಜಾಗೃತಾ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸುವಂತೆ ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

  • ಕರ್ಜೆ ಅರಿವು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಗ್ರಂಥಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಗೌರವ ಸ್ಮರಣಿಕೆ

    ಉಡುಪಿ, ಜೂನ್ 01, 2025: ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಡಳಿತ ಉಡುಪಿಯ ಸಹಯೋಗದೊಂದಿಗೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ 25-05-2025 ರಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ಉಡುಪಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಅರಿವು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಕರ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಪ್ರಗತಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ಜೆ ಅರಿವು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಗ್ರಂಥಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ಗೌರವ ಸಂದಿದೆ.

    ಗ್ರಂಥಾಲಯ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಕರ್ಜೆ ಅರಿವು ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಕೊಡುಗೆಯನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿ, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್‌ನ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಪ್ರತೀಕ್ ಬಾಯಲ್ ಅವರು ಗೌರವ ಸ್ಮರಣಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರದಾನ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ಜೆ ಅರಿವು ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಚರ್ಚಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

    ಗಂಗೊಳ್ಳಿ, ಮೇ 31, 2025: ಶ್ರೀ ಜಟ್ಟಿಗೇಶ್ವರ ಯೂತ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್‌ ವತಿಯಿಂದ 22ನೇ ವರ್ಷದ ಉಚಿತ ಪುಸ್ತಕ ವಿತರಣಾ ಸಮಾರಂಭವು ಭಾನುವಾರ, ಜೂನ್ 1, 2025ರಂದು ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 4:00 ಗಂಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಮ ಮಂದಿರ, ಗಂಗೊಳ್ಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ. 1991ರಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ಈ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆಯನ್ನು ಸನ್ಮಾನಿಸಿ, ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಉತ್ಸಾಹವನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

  • ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅರಿವು ವಿದ್ಯಾ ಸಾಲ ಯೋಜನೆ: CET/NEET ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಾಲ

    ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಮೇ 27, 2025: ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅರಿವು ವಿದ್ಯಾ ಸಾಲ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ (KEA) ಮೂಲಕ CET/NEET ಮೂಲಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಕೋಟಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿವಿಧ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ಕೋರ್ಸ್‌ಗಳಿಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಾಲವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಅಂಶಗಳು ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನಂತಿವೆ:

    ಯೋಗ್ಯತಾ ಅಂಶಗಳು:

    • ಕುಟುಂಬದ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಆದಾಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮೂಲಗಳಿಂದ ರೂ. 8 ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಇರಬೇಕು.
    • ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯು CET/NEET ಮೂಲಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಕೋಟಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.
    • ಕ್ರೈಸ್ತರನ್ನು ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ, ಇತರ ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 60% ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿರಬೇಕು.

  • Government Orders Appointment of 51,000 Guest Teachers for State Schools

    Bengaluru, May 24, 2025: The Karnataka government has sanctioned the appointment of 51,000 guest teachers for the 2025-26 academic year to address vacant teacher positions in state-run primary and secondary schools. This marks the largest-ever recruitment of guest teachers in the state, with the order issued on Friday.

    The Finance Department has approved the hiring of 40,000 guest teachers for primary schools and 11,000 for secondary schools. The Education Department has directed that these 51,000 guest teachers be recruited directly to fill vacant positions, either until the posts are permanently filled or until the end of the academic year. Commissioners, Additional Commissioners, and Directors of the department have been instructed to submit proposals detailing the required funds for honorarium payments and the district/taluk-wise distribution of these guest teachers.

    Over 60,000 Vacancies Persist:

    According to Education Department officials, more than 60,000 teacher positions remain vacant across the state’s 46,000+ government primary and secondary schools. With over 6,000 teachers retiring annually, the vacancy count continues to rise as successive governments have failed to address the issue comprehensively. In a five-year term, governments typically recruit only 10,000 to 15,000 teachers, exacerbating the shortage. This has led to an increasing reliance on guest teachers in government schools. Last year, 45,000 guest teachers were appointed, and this year’s order for 51,000 aims to mitigate the ongoing crisis.

  • Schools in Karnataka to Reopen on May 29 for 2025-26 Academic Year

    Bengaluru, May 24, 2025: As the summer vacation concludes in Karnataka, the 2025-26 academic year is set to commence soon. The Department of School Education has directed all schools across the state to welcome students with an opening ceremony on May 29.

    The department has instructed schools to begin the student enrollment process on the opening day and complete it by June 30. All teachers are required to participate in the opening ceremony and ensure that every child of the specified age group is enrolled. Schools must also ensure the smooth implementation of programs such as mid-day meals, Ksheerabhagya, and the distribution of textbooks and uniforms. Education officers have been directed to undertake intensive campaigns to boost enrollment numbers.

    Educational institutions planning to grant holidays during Christmas must submit a request to the Deputy Directors, who will review and decide on the matter. Any holidays granted for Christmas should be adjusted by reducing the mid-term break in October. In cases of unexpected closures due to strikes, heavy rains, or other unforeseen reasons, schools are required to compensate by conducting classes on subsequent holidays. Further academic guidelines will be provided in the coming days. The Commissioner of the Department of School Education has issued a circular urging schools to prepare and implement an action plan accordingly.
