Mangaluru, July 23, 2025 – The 15th edition of the Alva’s Pragati job fair, organized by the Alva’s Education Foundation, is scheduled to take place on August 1 and 2 at the Vidyagiri Campus in Moodubidire. The event aims to connect job seekers with top employers, with an expected participation of around 300 companies.
Dr. M. Mohan Alva, Chairman of Alva’s Education Foundation, announced the details during a press conference last month. Facilities for Candidates
- Accommodation: Arrangements for outstation candidates will be available from July 31.
- Transport: Free bus services will be provided for ITI students from Dakshina Kannada district.

Candidate Requirements
Participants must arrive at the Vidyagiri Campus by 8:00 AM on the event days and bring:
- 5-10 passport-size photographs
- 8-10 copies of an updated resume with complete educational details
- Photocopies of all mark sheets
- Online registration number
Corporate Career Profiling (CCP)
The job fair employs a Corporate Career Profiling system, utilizing online registration data to match candidates with company requirements. On the event day, a color-coding system helps candidates identify and apply to suitable companies, streamlining the recruitment process.
Employment Enhancement Centre
An Employment Enhancement Centre will provide career counseling to guide candidates toward job roles best suited to their skills and qualifications, based on company requirements.
Color-Coding System
Each candidate and company will be assigned a color code representing specific sectors or job requirements. Candidates receive a color card as their identifier, helping them connect with the right employers efficiently.
No Registration Fees
Alva’s Pragati is a cause-driven initiative, with no registration fees charged to candidates or companies. The Alva’s Education Foundation fully sponsors the event.
