    Selection Process

    1. Tier I: Computer-Based Test (CBT) with objective-type questions on General Awareness, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and English.
    2. Tier II: Descriptive/Translation test to assess proficiency in the local language.
    3. Tier III: Interview and personality assessment.

    Final selection will be based on performance across all tiers, followed by document verification and a mandatory medical examination.
