  • Bengaluru: Formation of Namma Nada Okkoota Bengaluru Unit

    Bengaluru, August 22, 2025: Namma Nada Okkoota (NNO) held a pivotal meeting on August 20, 2025, at Darussalam Hall in Bengaluru to discuss current community issues and strengthen its organizational framework. Chaired by NNO Central Committee President Mohammed Saleem Moodubidire, the gathering saw participation from leaders of various community organizations, marking a significant step toward unified action.

    The session began with a Qur’an recitation by General Secretary Maulana Zameer Ahmed Rashadi, followed by a welcome address from NNO Bengaluru Convener Janab Aziz. Central Committee Organizing Secretary Hussein Haikadi delivered an introductory speech, setting the tone for the discussions. President Muhammad Saleem emphasized the need for unity, stating, “As khalifas endowed with capabilities by the Creator, our collective efforts can overcome challenges and uplift the community for a better future.” He urged social workers and leaders to join hands with NNO for impactful change.

    Janab Tauseef highlighted how strategic initiatives had saved crores of rupees for the community, proposing this model for adoption across Karnataka’s taluks. Janab Haris Saheb endorsed NNO’s plan to establish community centers in every taluk, pledging support, while Janab Fauzan called for collaborative efforts among organizations. Janab Tanveer committed to providing office space for NNO in Bengaluru, strengthening its operational base.

    Notable attendees included Treasurer Peeru Saheb from Udupi, Central Committee members Shabbir Karkala and Mustak Belve, Udupi District Committee Treasurer Yahya Nakhwa, and members Haroon Rasheed, Nazir Nejar, Abdul Khadar Moodugopadi, Nihar Kundapur, Rasheed Kapu, and Asif Belve, among others.

    The meeting culminated in the formation of an ad hoc committee for NNO Bengaluru, with consensus from all present. The committee comprises Abdul Aziz (Convener), Tanveer Ahmad, Haris Siddique, Muhammad Wasif, Tauseef, Bahawuddin, Fauzan, Farooq Azmi, Dada Peer, Dr. Naseem, Advocate Kaleemulla, Muzaffar, Abdul Rasheed (Kolar), Shafeevulla (Chitradurga), Abdul Majeed, and Inayat.

    ಕುಂದಾಪುರ, ಜುಲೈ 14, 2025: ನಮ್ಮ ನಾಡ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟ (ರಿ) ಉಡುಪಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಕುಂದಾಪುರದ ನಿವಾಸಿಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ಶೌಚಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬೇಕಾಗಿರುವ ರೂ. 50,000/- ಧನಸಹಾಯವನ್ನು ಕುಂದಾಪುರದ ಅಬು ಮೊಹಮ್ಮದ್ ರವರು ದಾನಿಗಳಿಂದ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದ ರೂ.40,000/- ಹಾಗೂ ನಮ್ಮ ನಾಡ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟ ಉಡುಪಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ರೂ.10,000/- ನಗದನ್ನು ಹಸ್ತಾಂತರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

    ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ನಾಡ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟ (ರಿ) ಉಡುಪಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಯಾದ ಝಹೀರ್ ನಾಖುದಾ ಗಂಗೊಳ್ಳಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಅಬು ಮೊಹಮ್ಮದ್ ಕುಂದಾಪುರ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

  • Career Guidance & Achievers Felicitation Ceremony 2025 by NNO Concludes Successfully

    Udupi, 31 May, 2025: Namma Nada Okkoota Udupi District organized the Career Guidance and Achievers Felicitation Ceremony on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at Mother Palace Sabha Bhavan in Brahmavara.

    The chief guests included former Minister Jayaprakash Hegde, Moulana U.K. Mustafa Saadi, Principal Manager of Al Ihsaan Group of Educational Institutions in Mulloor, and Mohammad Moula, President of Udupi District Muslim Okkoota, who addressed the gathering. The event was presided over by Mushtaq Ahmed Belve, President of the Okkoota.

    During the occasion, 191 students from the Muslim community who scored above 90% in the SSLC and PUC exams this year, along with students who secured state and district ranks, were felicitated. Additionally, the heads of schools from the Udupi district Muslim community that achieved 100% results were congratulated.

    Twelve Ulemas who have served as Imams in the same mosque for over 20 years were honored. Achievers such as Muaz Mohammad (Digital Marketer, Avedis Infosystem, Udupi), Fathima Muskaan (Staff, NNO Community Center, Kundapur), and Sheikh Mohammad Farman were also felicitated.

    The event saw the presence of Okkoota Treasurer Peeru Saheb, District General Secretary Zaheer Nakhuda Gangolli, District Treasurer Nakwa Yahya Malpe, Udupi Taluk President Nazeer Nejar, Kundapur Taluk President S. Dasthagir Kandlur, Brahmavar Taluk President Tajuddin Ibrahim, Kapu Taluk President Ashraf Padubidri, Karkala Taluk President Shakir Hussein Shisha, and Hebri Taluk President Mohammad Rafique Ajeekar.

    Okkoota Organizational Secretary Hussain Haikadi welcomed the gathering, while Program Convener Moulana Zameer Ahmed Rashdi gave the introductory speech. Tajuddin Ibrahim, Brahmavar Taluk President concluded the event with the vote of thanks. Fazal Neralkatte compered the program.

    Prior to this, educational guide Master Rafeek Mangalore, Advocate Suhan Sastan, and Dr. Irfan Ahmed, Medical Director of Malnad Lifeline Hospital Shivamogga, provided career guidance.
